Buses are a key part of a successful local economy. They get children to and from school, they get people to and from jobs, and they allow people to get out, see friends and family, and put money into local businesses. 

Good bus services mean less reliance on cars, which are often more expensive to run and pump more carbon and other pollutants into our environment. 

It’s common sense then, that to create a cleaner, greener and wealthier city, we need better bus services in Stoke.

If we win control of the Council, we will consult on:

• How we can improve our bus services
• Which additional routes are needed
• How we can encourage more people to use our buses
