Stoke-on-Trent Labour Standing with our communities against Tory austerity
A shocking Ofsted report released today states that Children’s Social Care at Stoke-on-Trent City Council is Inadequate at every level.
It concluded that ‘Children are not being protected, and they experience serious and widespread delays in having their needs met across children’s services.’
The report identified that the City Council’s Children’s Social Care service had ‘widespread and serious failures which leave children at risk of serious harm.’
It is clear that the City Independent and Conservative administration has overseen a complete failure of Children’s Social Care over the last 4 years. The political leadership of the Council are completely unfit for public office.
Our children are being put at risk of real and serious harm because of the these peoples’ actions.
